The Public Student Council works as a board of directors to manage academies as a whole. However, the group’s ability to rule has stopped since the mysterious disappearance of the President of the General Student Council. Countless issues on the surface began all over Kivotos in the absence of the president’s leadership.

To avoid disasters, the Public Student Council requests assistance from the Federal Investigation Club, known as Schaale. In fact, Schaale is the latest club in the city and the last approved before the president’s disappearance.

To accomplish its mission, Schaale depends on Sensei’s guidelines that can help them solve the accidents surrounding Kivotos.
